I'm not very 'religious'. Is this course only for super spiritual women?
This is for any woman who believes in God and is tired of fighting against her own body. You don't need to be a Bible scholar or have perfect faith to benefit. I share one simple scripture that changed everything for me, and I explain it in practical, everyday language. It's about discovering that God has a beautiful design for how you care for your body, rooted in love, not shame.
I've tried Christian fitness programs before. How is this different?
Most Christian fitness programs take secular methods and add a Bible verse or prayer on top. That's not what The PRAISE Way is. This approach starts with understanding your identity as God's masterpiece and builds everything from that foundation. Instead of using guilt or shame to motivate you (even 'Christian' guilt), we discover how seeing your body as God's temple completely transforms your motivation, your methods, and your results. When you understand that your body is God's temple, food choices stop being about guilt and become about nourishment. Exercise stops being punishment and becomes celebration. I show you exactly how this works.
I'm dealing with health issues or injuries. Is this approach safe for someone with physical limitations?
Yes. This approach is actually perfect for women with health challenges because it's about honoring your body exactly as it is right now, not forcing it to be something it's not. The PRAISE Way isn't about pushing through pain or ignoring your body's limitations. It's about partnering with God to steward whatever capacity you currently have, whether that's running marathons or gentle chair exercises. How quickly should I expect to see changes, and what's realistic?
