The Praise Way

My story

I built what I was searching for.

I’m Tiphane. I lost 75 pounds in 18 months in the messiest season of my life, and I built the method I wish I’d had. The PRAISE Way works in whatever season yours is.

Tiphane, founder of The Praise Way

I’m Tiphane, a Christian, wife, and mom who knows exactly what it feels like to stare at your body in the mirror and feel like a stranger is looking back at you.

After my second pregnancy, I felt completely lost and overwhelmed by my changing body. I was carrying significant postpartum weight and had absolutely no idea where to begin.

As a new mom of 2 kids under 2, traditional gyms felt impossible. Between nursing schedules, exhaustion, and feeling self-conscious about my postpartum body, I couldn’t imagine how other moms were making it work.

Trial & failure

I tried everything I thought I “should” do.

The fitness industry seemed designed for everyone except exhausted, overwhelmed moms who were just trying to feel human again. I kept thinking, “there has to be another way,” but everywhere I looked, the solutions required time, energy, and confidence I simply didn’t have.

I attempted to power through with sheer willpower, drastically reducing calories and sometimes skipping meals entirely, thinking that if I just ate less, the weight would magically disappear. I chased the latest fitness trends and celebrity workout programs, always hoping this would be the magic bullet that finally worked.

Each failure made me feel more defeated and convinced that maybe I was just destined to feel uncomfortable in my own skin forever.

The worst part wasn’t the physical changes. It was the mental prison of shame I lived in every single day.

What finally worked

It wasn’t a program. It was a method.

Rooted in prayer, built around the way God specifically designed my body, and expressed through the gift He’d already placed in me: dance.

Using this exact framework, no gym, no diet, no perfect circumstances, I lost 75 pounds in 18 months. My season happened to be two pregnancies back to back. Your season might be something else entirely. The framework was built for whatever your season is.

I built The PRAISE Way because I couldn’t find it anywhere else, and because I knew I wasn’t the only one looking for it.

The focus

Most Christian women are searching for the exact same thing I was.

A way to honor their bodies that actually fits into their real lives, doesn’t require them to become someone they’re not, and integrates their faith instead of compartmentalizing it.

The PRAISE Way isn’t just about fitness. It’s about discovering that the woman God created you to be is already enough, already worthy, and already equipped with everything you need to thrive.

When you learn to move with purpose, praise with passion, and transform your temple from the inside out, everything changes. Not just your body, but your entire relationship with God, yourself, and your family.

Why this matters for you

You need a guide who’s walked this road.

Here’s what I want you to understand: I didn’t create Pump Up The Praise and The PRAISE Way because I’m some fitness expert who’s never struggled. I created it because I’ve been exactly where you are right now, and I know the pain of feeling trapped in a body you don’t recognize while trying to honor God with methods that actually work against His design.

The solution I found, integrating faith with fitness, seeing my body as God’s temple instead of my problem, building sustainable habits powered by grace instead of guilt, isn’t just a theory I read about. It’s the transformation I lived.

You don’t need another program created by someone who’s never felt your pain. You need a guide who’s walked this road, found the way out, and can hold your hand through every step of the journey.
